The VII International Festival "Israel - My Beloved" was held on 8 - 10 July 2016 in Pazardzhik,










Sephardim - Anusim Conference was held in Ashalim, Israel, March 23 - 25th 2016 

"The Return of the Sepharad / Anusim Jews to Israel" was the theme for this Passover conference. There were:

  • Prof. Michael Corinaldi, director of Netanya Anussim studies, Israel

  • Director Margaretha Jägerhult, Operation Lifeline, Finland
  • Historian Dr. Giovanni Melcionda, Italy
  • Dr. Giorgina Perdomo, DNA-specialist, USA
  • Prof. Sergio de Pergola, demography expert, University of Jerusalem, Israel
  • Aviel Schneider, editor for IsraelToday, Israel

Isaiah: 40:3 A voice of one calling: “In the wilderness prepare the way for the Lordmake straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Obadiah 1:20: "..the exiles from Jerusalem who are in Sepharad will possess the towns of the Negev."

Isaiah 35 "The desert and the parched land will be glad.. And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way.. and those the Lord has rescued will return.They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads.

Traditional Ladino & Haketía songs concert 

Sephardic Destiny organized a Ladino & Haketía concert at Gibraltar October 25th.

Great French performer Stella Gutman accompanied by Jean-Lou Descamps with talented group Keshet from Estonia were performing Ladino & Haketía songs at Ince's Hall Theatre.
